Kelemen Papp is a Managing Director at Alloy Technology Partners and founded the firm after 20+ years in Technology Investment Banking. Kelemen has completed dozens of transactions, spanning capital raises, divestitures, buy-side and sell-side M&A, across multiple technology subsectors over his career.
Prior to Alloy Technology Partners, Kelemen was a Partner at GP Bullhound, a tech-focused mid-market investment bank. Previously, he co-founded of Alantra's Technology Practice and built the team to approximately 30 professionals. Before that, he was an Executive Director at Mooreland Partners and a Vice President at Rutberg & Company. Earlier in his career, Kelemen held a variety of product and operational roles across the FinTech and Financial Services sectors, including Curian Capital, FOLIOfn Investments and FINRA.
Kelemen received a B.B.A. in Information Technology from the College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
