Kevin Moore is a Managing Director at Alloy Technology Partners and joined the firm after 25+ years in investment banking. He has extensive experience in buyside and sellside M&A, corporate finance and restructuring transactions, including divestitures. Kevin has advised companies in a diverse set of Technology and Media sectors including Software, Internet and Digital Media and Tech Enabled Services. Kevin has significant cross border deal experience globally.
Prior to Alloy Technology Partners, Kevin was a Managing Director with JEGI Clarity leading the software and tech enabled services practice. Previously, he was with GCA Altium through the acquisition of his predecessor firm StellaEOC. Prior to that he was with Arma Partners and began his career with the technology investment banking teams of Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers and Citigroup.
Kevin has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
