Nicolas Viénot is a Partner at Alloy Technology Partners and joined with 20 years in Investment Banking. Nicolas has completed dozens of complex cross border transactions including capital raises, divestitures and acquisitions across multiple sectors, globally.

Prior to Alloy Technology Partners, Nicolas was a Managing Director at Alantra, a mid-market investment bank, where he built and led the Gaming practice. During his time as Head of Alantra’s Gaming team, Nicolas advised investors and founders of highly respected studios and publishers in their transactions, including Saber Interactive, Asobo Studios, Focus Entertainment, Don’t Nod, Plug In Digital, Gadsme, Gamestream, La Française des Jeux or Shiro Games.

Nicolas is French, lives in Paris with his wife and daughter and spent 10 years in the U.K. as part of his investment banking career. He is bilingual in French and English.
