Paul Milek is a Partner at Alloy Technology Partners and co-founded the firm after 25 years in Technology Investment Banking. Paul was a senior member of Stifel’s Global Technology Group, joining the firm through its 2019 acquisition of Mooreland Partners, where he was one of the founding members of the firm's Silicon Valley office. He has particular experience in technology M&A, corporate finance and restructuring transactions. Paul has also advised companies in a diverse set of Technology markets including Software, Industrial Technology and Communications.
Prior to joining Mooreland in 2007, Paul worked in SVB Alliant's M&A Group and at Broadview International, where he focused on communications technology M&A. He began his career in Silicon Valley with KPMG Peat Marwick in the firm's Information, Communications, and Entertainment business, where he practiced public accounting.
Paul earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in accounting, and an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis in corporate strategy and finance. He also holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.
